3. Services And Pricing
Pricing displayed on the Site (including coupons and promotional offers) is approximate and may vary based on your specific vehicle, condition, and required parts. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of service. We provide written estimates before performing any work.
Coupons and promotional offers:
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- Must be mentioned at the time of scheduling or arrival
- May exclude certain makes, models, or services
- Are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
- Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
4. Warranty
We provide a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on qualifying parts and labor, subject to the following:
- The warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts we supply
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, modification, or normal wear and tear
- The warranty does not cover wear items (tires, brake pads, wiper blades, batteries, lights) beyond manufacturer warranty
- Customer-supplied parts are not covered by our warranty
- You must retain your invoice as proof of service
5. Estimates And Authorization
All major repairs require written estimates and your authorization before work begins. We will not exceed your authorized amount without contacting you for additional approval. Diagnostic fees may apply if you choose not to proceed with recommended repairs.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and approved financing through our partners (American First Finance, Snap Finance, Koalafi). Returned check fees may apply.
7. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at our facilities after services are completed are subject to storage fees after 5 business days from notification. Abandoned vehicles are handled in accordance with Florida law.
8. Limitation Of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from services or use of this Site is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the Site. Always confirm important details by calling us directly.
